Olive Oil or Coconut Oil1 tablespoon
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the chicken or pork, coconut aminos, vinegar, water, garlic, peppercorns, and bay leaf. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
- 2Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken or pork and marinade, and cook until the chicken or pork is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
