Large White Mushrooms12 pieces
Bacon6 slices
Cream Cheese (softened)4 ounces
Cheddar Cheese (shredded)1/2 cup
Green Onions (finely chopped)2 pieces
Garlic Powder1/2 teaspoon
Salt
Pepper
Fresh Parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Clean the mushrooms by wiping them gently with a damp paper towel. Remove the stems and set aside.
