Instructions

  1. 1In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. 2Add the coconut milk, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until a thick batter is formed. If the batter is too dry, you can add a little more coconut milk.
  3. 3Heat cooking oil in a deep pan or pot over medium heat. Make sure there is enough oil to submerge the Carioca balls.
  4. 4Scoop about a tablespoon of the batter and shape it into a ball using your hands. Repeat with the remaining batter.
