Chicken or Turkey Sausages (sliced)2
Onions (chopped)1/4 cup
Bell Peppers (chopped)1/4 cup
Tomatoes (chopped)1/4 cup
Olive Oil1 tablespoon
Salt
Pepper
Fresh Parsley or Chives (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- 1Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
