Ingredients

  • Coconut CreamCoconut Cream1 cup
  • All Purpose CreamAll Purpose Cream200 ml
  • Stevia or Equal Gold (any sugar substitute)Stevia or Equal Gold (any sugar substitute)3-4 tbsp
  • WaterWater1/2 cup
  • Clear GelatinClear Gelatin1 sachet
  • ButterButter1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1Get a saucepan and pour 1 cup of coconut cream.
  2. 2Pour 200ml of all purpose cream.
  3. 3Add ½ cup of water, add 1 sachet of gelatin, add 1 tbsp of butter and lastly, add 3 tbsp of sugar substitute.
  4. 4Stir constantly and bring it to boil for about 5 mins.
  5. 5Get a glass bowl or mold and pour the mixture into a glass bowl or mold. Let it cool.
