Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  • OnionOnion1/2 diced
  • MushroomsMushrooms1 and 1/2 diced
  • Coconut Oil / Olive OilCoconut Oil / Olive Oil1/2 tsp
  • Coconut MilkCoconut Milk1 and 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower FloretsCauliflower Florets2 cup
  • Onion PowderOnion Powder1 tsp
  • SaltSalt1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1Add cauliflower, coconut milk, onion powder, pepper, and salt in a saucepan
  2. 2Cover and bring to boil over medium heat
  3. 3Reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes.
