Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and dried thyme on both sides.
  3. 3In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they develop a golden brown crust.
