Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
  2. 2In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
  3. 3Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet with the bacon fat and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. 4In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain the cauliflower and set it aside.
  5. 5In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
