Keto No-Bake Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • Unsalted ButterUnsalted Butter10 grams

  • Large EggLarge Egg1 piece
  • Vanilla ExtractVanilla Extract2 teaspoons
  • Mascarpone CheeseMascarpone Cheese200 grams
  • All-Purpose CreamAll-Purpose Cream100 ml
  • Strong CoffeeStrong Coffee1 cup
  • Sugar SubstituteSugar Substitute 2 tablespoons
  •  Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (for garnish) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1In a small microwavable Pyre, Add 1 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 - 2 tbsp heavy cream and microwave for 1min.
  2. 2Add 3 tbsp almond flour or 2 tbsp coconut flour, 1 tbsp sugar substitute, 1/2 tsp baking powder. Mix well and add 1 large egg, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, mix all ingredients.
  3. 3Microwave for 2 and half minutes.
  4. 4In another bowl put 200 grams of cream or mascarpone cheese then blend well.
  5. 5Add 100ml all-purpose cream, 1tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp sugar substitute, whisk until peak then set aside. until peak then set aside.
  6. 6Get the sponge cake in the microwave and let it cool.
  7. 7Slice the sponge cake into strips.
  8. 8In a container, arrange the sponge cake and pour the coffee all over the sponge cake then put all the cream cheese mixture and flatten.
  9. 9Gently tap the container and refrigerate for 30min - 1hr
  10. 10After 1hr, garnish with unsweetened cocoa powder using a strainer.
  11. 11Slice and serve your Keto No-Bake Tiramisu chilled.
