A delicious, low-carb twist on the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu. This keto-friendly version omits the traditional ladyfinger biscuits and uses keto-friendly ingredients to create a creamy and flavorful treat.

Ingredients
Unsalted Butter10 grams
Heavy Cream or Almond Milk1-2 tablespoons
Almond Flour or Coconut Flour2-3 tablespoons
Sweetener3 tablespoons
Baking Powder1/2 teaspoon
Large Egg1 piece
Vanilla Extract2 teaspoons
Mascarpone Cheese200 grams
All-Purpose Cream100 ml
Strong Coffee1 cup
Sugar Substitute 2 tablespoons
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1In a small microwavable Pyre, Add 1 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 - 2 tbsp heavy cream and microwave for 1min.
- 2Add 3 tbsp almond flour or 2 tbsp coconut flour, 1 tbsp sugar substitute, 1/2 tsp baking powder. Mix well and add 1 large egg, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, mix all ingredients.
- 3Microwave for 2 and half minutes.
- 4In another bowl put 200 grams of cream or mascarpone cheese then blend well.
- 5Add 100ml all-purpose cream, 1tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp sugar substitute, whisk until peak then set aside. until peak then set aside.
- 6Get the sponge cake in the microwave and let it cool.
- 7Slice the sponge cake into strips.
- 8In a container, arrange the sponge cake and pour the coffee all over the sponge cake then put all the cream cheese mixture and flatten.
- 9Gently tap the container and refrigerate for 30min - 1hr
- 10After 1hr, garnish with unsweetened cocoa powder using a strainer.
