Ingredients
Chia Seeds1/4 cup
Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk1 cup

- 1In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk), sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- 2Let the mixture sit for a few minutes and then stir again to prevent clumping of the chia seeds. Repeat this process a couple of times within the first 15 minutes.
- 3Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.
