Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk), sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. 2Let the mixture sit for a few minutes and then stir again to prevent clumping of the chia seeds. Repeat this process a couple of times within the first 15 minutes.
