Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  4. 4In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and sliced red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. 5In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminus, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. 6Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
