Ingredients
Shrimp100 g
Broccoli Florets1 cup
Red Bell Pepper (Thinly Sliced)1/2 cup - Garlic, minced3 cloves
Ginger, grated1 tablespoon
Coconut or Olive oil1 tablespoon
Coconut Aminus1 tablespoon
Seasme Oil1 tablespoon
Red Pepper Flakes (optional)1 tablespoon
SaltTo taste

Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 2Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- 4In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and sliced red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- 5In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminus, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- 6Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
- 7Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the shrimp and vegetables.
