Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese (Softened)Cream Cheese (Softened)1 (8oz) package
  • Peanut Butter (no sugar added)Peanut Butter (no sugar added)6 tbsp
  • Butter (softened)Butter (softened)3 tbsp
  • VanillaVanilla1 tsp
  •  Sweetener Sweetener1/3 cup
  • Sugar-free Chocolate ChipsSugar-free Chocolate Chips1/3 cup

Instructions

  1. 1With the exception of the chocolate chips, use a mixer to cream everything together.
  2. 2Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. 3Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to scoop the dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet or container small enough to fit into your freezer (you can also use silicone molds).
  4. 4Freeze for about 1 hour, and then store in ziplock bags in your freezer. Keep them refrigerated until ready to serve.
