Ingredients

  • Pork ChopsPork Chops4
  • Bacon Slices, choppedBacon Slices, chopped6
  • Yellow Onions, choppedYellow Onions, chopped2
  • SaltSaltTo taste

Instructions

  1. 1Heat up a pan over medium heat, add bacon, stir, cook until it’s crispy and transfer to a bowl
  2. 2Return pan to medium heat, add onions, some salt and pepper, stir, cover, cook for 15 minutes and transfer to the same bowl with the bacon.
  3. 3Return pan once again to heat, increase to medium high, add pork chops, season with salt and pepper, brown for 3 minutes on one side, flip, reduce heat to medium and cook for 7 minutes more.
  4. 4Add stock, stir and cook for 2 minutes more.
  5. 5Return bacon and onions to the pan, stir, cook for 1 minute more, divide between plates and serve.
