Instructions
- 1In a microwave-safe mug, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed and no lumps remain.
- 2Add the egg, almond milk (or coconut milk), melted coconut oil (or butter), and vanilla extract to the mug. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and the batter is smooth.
- 3Microwave the mug on high for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the cake has risen and is set in the middle. The cooking time may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave, so adjust accordingly.
